The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) and Resale Policy Directorate encompasses a variety of MWR and resale program areas encompassing Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) Policy, MWR Policy and Business (resale) policy.

Morale, Welfare and Recreation Policy – Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs promote active living, increase resilience and improve the quality of life of service members, families and other eligible patrons.

Nonappropriated Fund Policy - NAF Policy provides oversight for all of the MWR and Business "back of the shop" operations  - NAF Procurement, NAF Information Technology, NAF Construction, NAF Financial Management, and Accounting

Business Policy - Provides policies and oversight for Defense Resale Activities - Exchanges, Commissaries, and Lodging facilities
